From the North:

1. Take the 405 Freeway South.
2. Exit at the Olympic/Pico Blvd off ramp.
3. At the end of the off-ramp, turn left onto Sawtelle Blvd.
4. At the first intersection, turn left onto West Pico Blvd.
5. Continue on West Pico Blvd for just over one mile.
6. After passing Avenue of the Stars, you will notice a large blue building on the left.
7. We are located in this building – 9911 West Pico Blvd.

From the West:

1. Take the 10 Freeway East.
2. Exit at the Overland Ave off-ramp.
3. At the end of the off-ramp, turn right onto National Blvd.
4. At the first intersection, turn right onto Overland Ave.
5. At West Pico Blvd, turn right.
6. After passing Avenue of the Stars, you will notice a large blue building on the left.
7. We are located in this building – 9911 West Pico Blvd.

From the South:

1. Take the 405 Freeway North.
2. Merge onto the 10 Freeway East.
3. Exit at the Overland Ave off-ramp.
4. At the end of the off-ramp, turn right onto National Blvd.
5. At the first intersection, turn right onto Overland Ave.
6. At West Pico Blvd, turn right.
7. After passing Avenue of the Stars, you will notice a large blue building on the left.

From the East:

1. Take the 10 Freeway West.
2. Exit at the Overland Ave off-ramp.
3. At the end of the off-ramp, turn right onto Overland Ave.
