Lisa Palac, MFT, MA, is a Clinical Associate at Center for Healthy Sex. She is committed to helping people discover their highest level of sexual well-being and authenticity, and believes our sexual energy can be a powerful source of creativity. Lisa runs the Women’s Intimacy Group on Tuesday evenings and is a graduate of the Center’s Sex Addiction Treatment Training course.
Lisa has worked in community mental health, providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, adolescents and families at the Antioch University Counseling Center, a clinic known for serving Los Angeles’ culturally broad and sexually diverse community. She has also provided psychotherapy to adolescents in the Los Angeles’ public schools, helping teenagers heal from depression, anxiety, trauma, and family conflicts.
As an author, journalist and media consultant for over 20 years, Lisa’s work focused on the intersection of sex and technology, as well as women’s sexual issues. She has a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and a bachelor’s degree in Media Arts from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
