Join Stacie, Music Psychotherapist and Sound Healing Vocalist, as she guides you in the recovery of your authentic voice. In this fun, engaging and interactive presentation, we will rebuild our relationship with the voice in a non-threatening way, foster self-compassion, self-appreciation and transform the “love” in self-love into a verb. Utilizing fun and easy chants, evidence-based music and vocal psychotherapy interventions, as well as sound healing techniques, participants will discover the healing power of the voice.

Learning Objectives:

  • Describe how an infant’s vocal exchanges with their primary caregiver shapes their attachment style.
  • Illustrate how voice can be used as a clinical tool in music therapy treatment.
  • Examine false belief systems about our own voice that inhibits self expression.
