Whether you are experiencing your own feelings of trauma, rejection, fear, or shame, or are unsure how to approach difficult conversations with your kids, this workshop offers a safe space to gain clarity and confidence in your parenting journey.
Participants will learn how to communicate with their children in an age-appropriate way, address the emotional impact of betrayal on the family, and navigate uncertainty at any stage of recovery. This workshop will also explore strategies for handling difficult questions, recognizing early warning signs of distress in children, and managing feelings of guilt or denial about the impact on your family.
