The Sex Expert webinar series August 16, 2019, 12 noon (PT)

Interactive webinar with Jennifer Gunsaullus, PhD presents From Sexual Madness to Sexual Mindfulness

We all want to be seen, acknowledged, and loved. Sexual intimacy is a powerful path to this kind of connection. But so many of the messages and the gender role socialization we receive growing up and in intimate experiences makes us afraid or unsure how to really express ourselves and connect deeply. This “sexual madness” means we create stories that can undermine our happiness and well-being. However, through applied mindfulness and self-compassion skills, we can learn how to start rewriting our sexual stories and therefore create a new path to follow moving forward.

Jennifer Gunsaullus, PhD, is a sociologist and intimacy coach, and a national speaker on couples intimacy, sexual consent, women’s empowerment, gender communication, erotic play, and mindful sex. She has presented two TEDx Talks, is the co-host of the podcast Sex Talk with Clint & the Doc, and her first book, From Madness to Mindfulness: Reinventing Sex for Women, will be published in August 2019. Dr. Jenn has over 1.5 million hits on her In the Den with Dr. Jenn YouTube video series, and is an expert in the documentary on masturbation, called Sticky: A (Self) Love Story.
