Ja’ire Hattley, MA

Ja’ire is a Primary Therapist the Center for Healthy Sex. She is passionate about empowering individuals and couples to create healthy, intimate relationships with themselves and others. Additionally, she is LGBTQIA+ and BDSM/Kink affirmative and a strong social justice advocate for BIPOC communities.

Ja’ire takes a holistic approach to health and healing, focusing on the connection between brain, body, and mind. This perspective combined with compassion and mindfulness help her clients to dig deeper to find clarity. In addition, she uses a trauma-informed and solution-oriented techniques to support the needs of a diverse clientele. Fostering strength and courage, Ja’ire helps clients implement essential tools for change and achieve their goals. Her clinical experience includes working with anxiety and depressive disorders, complex trauma, attachment issues, intersectionality and identity, addiction, bipolar disorders, and ADHD.

Ja’ire holds a MA in Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles and a BA in Communication Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles. She completed her training at the Antioch University Counseling Center and is a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
