Interactive webinar with Vanessa Carlisle, PhD on Understanding Sex Work and Human Trafficking
While the fight to end human trafficking may seem like an obvious goal, many people who work in the erotic industries have been harmed by so-called “rescue” campaigns. Globally, a movement to decriminalize the sex industry has taken hold, while in the United States sex workers still struggle for basic human rights. Join the conversation about how we got here, where we need to go, and gain critical tools for understanding the differences between sex work and human trafficking.
