The Sex Expert webinar series March 8, 2019, 12pm (PST)

Interactive webinar with Forest Benedict, LMFT, SATP, on Life After Lust: Self-Connection Skills for Long-term Recovery

Self-connection is a powerful catalyst of change in sex addiction recovery. In this webinar, sex addiction therapist Forest Benedict will share concepts from his book Life After Lust, exploring the science of self-connection. Teaching self-care skills that increase self-control and self-compassion exercises that decrease shame, Forest will equip participants with strategies to immediately strengthen their recovery routines. Self-connection skills can be learned and practiced, resulting in a recovery more satisfying than a life lost in lust.
