Aging and sexuality can be a challenge for most older lovers, especially the Boomer Generation. Learning the most common issues facing us as we reach the Golden Years –and what we can do about it– will leave you feeling hopeful and informed. Discover how to overcome negative body image issues, techniques for soothing self-doubt or despair, and specific tools for enhancing pleasure as you age. Couples can also learn to approach sexual connection and pleasure as their goals for sustaining sexual fulfillment in their later years. Professionals will be exposed to strategies for helping their Boomer Generation clients.
Learning Objectives:
- Identify 3 main issues related to sex and aging for Boomer couples.
- Explain a holistic clinical assessment model for Boomer clients facing issues related to sex and aging.
- Discuss treatment directives for Boomer couples to enhance sexual pleasure during later years.
