Through a series of 12-18 individual or couples coaching classes, your coach will help you:

  • Discover what you do and don’t like sexually through shame reduction
  • Define what “healthy sex” means to you and create a Sexual Health Plan
  • Create a road map for how to have a constructive conversation with your partner about sex and sexuality

Based on the workbook Sexual Reflections by Dr. Alexandra Katehakis, this online coaching program will help you identify what sexual behaviors and preferences bring you true sexual fulfillment, ultimately designing the sex life you deserve.

Appointments for Online Coaching are scheduled on an individual basis for your convenience. For more information, please call the CHS office at 310-843-9902. You can speak with an intake counselor who can help you register or answer any questions you may have.
