Through a series of 12 individual and couples coaching classes, your coach will help you:

  • Assess your PE by understanding the causes and identifying the core issues
  • Learn techniques on how you and your partner can work as a team tackling this issue
  • Create a plan to reduce anxiety and pressure about performance, prevent relapse, and define what pleasurable sex is for you

Based on the book Coping with Premature Ejaculation by Michael Metz, Ph,D and Barry McCarthy, PhD, this online coaching program will help you and your partner have constructive, shame-free conversations about PE, learn how to prevent it from happening, and most importantly experience the sex life you deserve.

Appointments for Online Coaching are scheduled on an individual basis for your convenience. For more information, please call the CHS office at 310-843-9902. You can speak with an intake counselor who can help you register and answer any questions you may have.
